Regional Transit Commission (RTC)

Regional Transit Commission (RTC) in Waterloo, IA, a division of INRCOG, provides open-to-the-public, accessible transit services within the INRCOG region. Our primary customers are persons with disabilities, senior citizens, and Head Start children. In addition to providing transit, we are responsible for coordinating transportation in the region. We operate 22 vans and light duty buses, of which 15 are used for our services and 7 are contracted to regional sub-providers who provide service on our behalf. We offer demand response service in Independence and Waverly and subscription service elsewhere.
